We exclusively offer our Australian customers, a range of natural products to produce very special beers from normal pale beer. Produced by Customized Brewing Solutions,Brussels, is the Brand Final Touch range of products.
These products contain only natural aroma compounds (fruits and spices aroma compounds), natural colouring (fruit colours and dark malt extracts) and clouding agents (essential oils emulsions stabilised with vegetal gums) which can be added to your beer just prior to bottling.

WB Mix Belgian White beer flavour |
WB-MIX is a brand maker to add to a standard base beer with low bitterness (10-12 EBU) as unique requisite to obtain a white beer with a taste and flavour close to the main commercial Belgian white beers. WB-MIX is a mixture of spices selective CO2 extracts and vegetal essential oils obtained by cold pressing and emulsified in water. This well balanced mixture has been designed to impart to beer the typical white beer flavour. |

KB Mix Kriek (Cherry) beer flavour |
KB-MIX is a brand producer to add to a standard base beer with low bitterness (10-12 EBU) as unique requisite to obtain a cherry beer (kriek beer like) with a taste and flavour close to the main commercial Belgian kriek beers. KB-MIX is a mixture of spices selective CO2 extracts, vegetal essential oils obtained by cold pressing and concentrate fruit juices. All the components of the mixture are food grade 100% natural and they have not been in contact with any solvent apart from CO2 which has the GRAS status (generally recognized as safe for food production by the FDA) and which evaporates completely after the extraction. |

Hopessoil-Hal “Dry hop” flavour and aroma |
HOPESSOIL-HAL is a dispersion of Hallertau hop essential oils in ethanol 96% v/v. This product can be used after fermentation just before final filtration. HOPESSOIL-HAL is an ideal way to adjust beer hop flavour to the desired value at the end of the process. The benefits of the use of HOPESSOIL-HAL are high flexibility in the adjusting of hop flavours. |

SPRING-MIX is a brand producer to add to a standard base beer with low bitterness (10-12 EBU) as unique requisite to obtain a different beer with a taste and flavour of "green" or "spring" type. SPRING-MIX is a mixture of spices selective CO2 extracts and vegetal essential oils obtained by cold pressing. All the components of the mixture are food grade 100% natural and they have not been in contact with any solvent apart from CO2 which has the GRAS status (generally recognized as safe for food production by the FDA) and which evaporates completely after the extraction. |

PF Mix Palate fullness |
PF-MIX is a well balanced spices mixture to add to beer above the detection limit but always below the identification threshold to modulate the palate fullness without modifying essentially beer genuine taste or aroma. PF-MIX may be used alone or in combination with other products of the Brand Final Touch line.
